In anticipation of inclement weather, WSU Vancouver will close at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12. Campus will remain closed through Monday, Jan. 15. Faculty with classes beginning at 2 p.m. or later today are encouraged to move to remote instruction. Students, check with your instructor about afternoon classes. Employees, if you have not already done so, check with your supervisor about the possibility of remote work this afternoon. Essential personnel should report to work as scheduled if you are able to travel safely.
Faculty members, if you cancel your class this afternoon, it is your responsibility to notify students of the change.
In-person events on campus are canceled starting at 2 p.m. It is the program/department’s responsibility to notify all attendees of an event’s cancelation.
