The Vancouver IT helpdesk is closed for walk-in support except for equipment checkout (by appointment only) and has moved to a virtual helpdesk. Our technicians are remotely monitoring the resources on this page and are looking forward to hearing from you. Help guides are also available in the WSU Vancouver Knowledge Base.

In addition to general help being available via our Zoom room, a specialist in Canvas, Blackboard, Zoom, and Panopto joins our other support staff in Zoom 8am-10am Monday through Friday and 1pm to 3pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Support is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
