You must confirm your podium title, presenter names, and scheduled date/time of the presentation by emailing holly.davis@wsu.edu by 11:59 p.m. on March 20. (Please refer to the confirmation email that was sent to you the week of March 11.)
Your Abstract ID MUST be placed on the bottom right-hand corner of your title slide presentation in 16pt bold font. Failure to omit this ID number will affect the judging of your presentation. You can locate your Abstract ID in your abstract confirmation email.
You will have a total of 10 minutes for your presentation; including questions by the judges and/or audience. (Generally, this includes 7 minutes of speech and 3 minutes of Q&A). Please note that you will not be able to exceed 10 minutes in total.
You must submit your PowerPoint presentation to holly.davis@wsu.edu no later than 5:00p.m. on Thursday, April 4. Failure to provide this in a timely manner will affect the judging or your presentation.
You may not submit more than one podium presentation as the lead presenter.
Research Technician/Postdoc are allowed to participate but are ineligible for any award.
