Each biography may not exceed 100 words.

To be eligible to participate in Showcase, we must have a pdf file no later than March 29 at 11:59 p.m.

Posters will be placed on a freestanding presentation board. Push pins will be provided to you to affix posters to the presentation boards. Posters should not be removed until 1:00 p.m. with no exceptions. Posters not removed by 3:00 p.m. will be recycled.

Your Abstract ID MUST be placed at the bottom right-hand corner of your poster in 16pt bold font. Failure to omit this ID number will affect the judging of your presentation. You can locate your Abstract ID in your abstract confirmation email.

Please arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to your confirmed judging hour. You must be available at your poster during the designated time to answer questions from the judges and visitors. If you wish to be eligible for an award, you must be present at your poster for the entire hour you selected for judging.
