Business Growth MAP Alliance explores the value of trust to organizational culture

VANCOUVER, Wash. – In its April online forum, WSU Vancouver’s Business Growth Map Alliance will present “Building Trust Through Values,” with leadership and management expert Jen Coyne. The meeting will take place via Zoom from 9 to 10 a.m. April 21.

The forums are open to all at no cost, but advance registration is required. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link under “Upcoming events.”

Coyne will discuss how core values can help build trust, increase inclusion and belonging, and create connection to organizational purpose. She will also explore how to develop organizational values and the power of aligning behavioral norms with your values.

Coyne is CEO and co-founder of The PEAK Fleet, a Portland-based organizational development company, as well as an IT professional, CPA and credentialed project management professional. She has two decades of experience in leadership training and development.
