This session provides tools to transform the search process for staff and to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion in recruitment, hiring and retention. You will consider strategies to expand capacity and re-envision the search process as an opportunity to attract and retain staff candidates from a diversity of backgrounds. Receive tools to examine notions of "fit" and disrupt implicit bias in accordance with a philosophy of inclusive excellence.
