Program eligibility
You are eligible if:
- You are between the ages of 13 and 19 and are enrolled as a 9th – 12th grader in one the following high schools: Fort Vancouver or Hudson’s Bay
- You are ages 13 – 14 and are enrolled as an 8th grader in one of the following middle schools: Discovery or McLoughlin
- Are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Demonstrate academic need; indicate an interest in attending college; and a commitment to remain active in TRiO Talent Search until high school graduation
Interested in joining the TRiO Talent Search program?
Students interested in joining TRiO Talent Search are required to complete an application. Paper and online application forms are available. Applications are provided by Talent Search staff at their designated schools or via the online application below.
Application process
Step 1: Complete and sign application using the paper or online form.
Step 2: Take completed application to your parents or guardian, and ask them to sign the form.
Step 3: Return signed application to your high school and turn into the Talent Search staff or high school career office, or mail to the following address:
