Apply to be an Undergraduate Research Fellow
New Undergraduate Research Awards have been made possible by donor gifts that support undergraduate students pursuing faculty-mentored research, scholarship or creative activity.
Two awards of $800 will be made in 2023 to support WSU Vancouver Undergraduate Research Fellows during summer 2023 and/or the 2023/24 academic year. Awards can be used for wages, supplies, equipment, travel or anything similar that supports the undergraduate research fellows with their projects. Recipients of these awards come from all disciplines.
An eligible applicant must:
- Plan to be an undergraduate student for summer 2023 and/or academic year 2023/24
- Submit a completed online application by midnight March 31
- Identify a faculty mentor
- Agree to participate in the WSU Vancouver Research Showcase (April 2024) if you receive an award and you will not graduate before spring 2024
