Late registration

It is essential to register for a course before the registration deadline, because the course will be canceled if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met. However, if a course has already started, you can still register to join the course up to two days after its official start date by sending an email to pace.info@wsu.edu.

Refund policy

All requests to cancel registration must be submitted in writing to pace.info@wsu.edu. Be sure to include your name, course title and reason for dropping the course.

If you submit your request before the registration deadline, you will receive a full refund minus a $75 nonrefundable and nontransferable administrative fee. Allow a minimum of three weeks for processing.

If you want to cancel registration after the registration deadline, there will be no refund.

If a course is canceled by PACE for any reason, including lack of minimum enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Allow a minimum of three weeks for processing.

Deferral policy

Registration in a noncredit certificate course cannot be deferred to a future offering of the same course or a different course.

Substitution policy

After the registration deadline, if the original participant who registered for a course is unable to attend the course because of an unforeseen reason, another person may serve as a substitute to attend and complete the course. The request for substitution must be submitted in writing to pace.info@wsu.edu within the first week after the class starts. Be sure to include your name, course title and reason for the request. The substitute individual who completes all course requirements will receive the certificate.
