Distinguished Faculty Address: Cheryl Schultz

Cheryl Schultz, professor in the School of Biological Sciences will present this year’s Distinguished Faculty Address as part of the March 27 – 31 WSU Showcase. The Distinguished Faculty Address honors a faculty member who has risen to the top of their disciplines through achievements in research, scholarship and teaching. Schultz is a conservation biologist whose work has led to lasting solutions for our most pressing environmental problems.

Lana Jack Is a Celilo Wy-am community organizer and director/founder of the Columbia River Indian Center. She has spent her life fighting for federal recognition of the Celilo Wy-am. Jack is a Coast Salish land defender, lobbyist, mediator and treaty negotiator.
