Campus telephones are not working due to an equipment malfunction. The outage includes all campus telephones AND Emergency Blue Light Phone Stanchions. Information Technology is working on the problem as a priority. Required parts and service are being procured with intent of returning service this evening or by morning tomorrow.
Please use cell phones during the outage to report emergencies or call 911.
On 2/18/13 two vehicle prowls were reported on the WSU Vancouver campus. The back passenger side windows of both vehicles were broken out and items inside the vehicles were stolen.
This is a reminder to leave no possessions visible inside your vehicle. Please report any suspicious vehicles/people to 911 immediately or contact campus police at 360-546-9001.
Crews will close all lanes of I-5 just south of the I-205 junction this weekend for construction work on the new, NE 139th Street interchange. All lanes of the interstate will be closed by 11 p.m. Friday, June 7, and will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, June 10. I-205 will remain open throughout the weekend, and is the primary detour route for interstate drivers.
