Air Quality Alert

The Southwest Clean Air Agency has issued an air quality alert, which remains in effect until 12 PM PDT Friday, Sept. 8.

Wildfires burning in the region combined with forecasted conditions will cause air quality to reach unhealthy levels at times through Friday morning. More information about air quality can be found at:

Clery Crime Alert-Indecent Exposure

WSU Vancouver Public Safety and Clark County Sheriffs are investigating a report of indecent exposure. The incident was reported to 911 at approximately 4:30 PM on Sunday 7/9/17. The female victim was using campus trails in the east area of campus near the power lines when she observed a thinly built 20-30 year old white male exposing himself and touching himself while watching her. The suspect was wearing khaki shorts, a gray tee-shirt and had a medium sized brown dog with him. The victim reported that when she saw him, he raised his hands and said "it's ok".

Campus is Open

WSU Vancouver is open and operating on a normal schedule Friday, Feb. 3. It is up to you to decide if you can safely commute to campus. Individual instructors may cancel a class based on their ability to drive to campus. Please check with your instructor to ensure your class is meeting.
