Students Helping Students is a student-led program with a mission to provide free, accessible tech support to the student body at WSU Vancouver. Trained student technicians provide general troubleshooting, software training and limited hardware support.
SHS offers tech support either by appointment or walk-in and is located behind the Help Desk in VCLS 225. Students can schedule appointments via phone or email, or by coming in to see a technician during open hours.
Students can drop off their devices for troubleshooting or basic hardware repairs at their convenience. Having issues with your laptop? Feel free to drop it off at SHS while you go to class.
Location: Classroom Building, Room 225
11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
noon – 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday
