Position summary:

This position is responsible for providing registration and enrollment services to students, faculty and staff.

This position maintains official transcript information according to university policy.

Under general direction, provides advice and problem solving to faculty, staff and students related to registration, commencement, enrollment data, student petitions and other areas related to the registrar’s office functions.

This position reports to the Campus Registrar.

Minimum requirements:

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience. 

Two years’ experience working with complex databases and records.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience working in an office setting in higher education, preferably a large university with multiple campuses.

Experience with University operations, policies and procedures, particularly with registration and/or scheduling processes and procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.)

Experience working in an environment requiring high attention to detail.

Experience working collaboratively within a team and across organizational lines.

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
$2,912.00 per month
