Position summary:

P/T Cold Food Production Washington State University Vancouver (Vancouver, WA)

Your Job
This position works to produce grab-n-go sandwiches, salad and snacks for the students and staff of WSUV.   Periodic catering production, set-up and breakdown depending on business.  This position directs student helpers and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of its own kitchen.  Starting salary $13.50 per hour DOE.

Your Requirements
Valid food handler’s card

Familiar with health and safety regulations

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations with minimum of 1 year experience

Your Schedule
This is a P/T position working M-F 8:00-12:00 with holidays and school closure days off .
