The WSU Vancouver Events Office serves as your dedicated partner in logistics, providing professional support to ensure your gathering runs smoothly. Located conveniently near the intersection of Interstate 5 and Interstate 205, our campus is easily accessible for local and regional guests. Whether you are planning an intimate training session or a large-scale information fair, we provide the infrastructure and service necessary for a successful experience.

Booking Your Event

The Events Office recommends initiating the booking process at least 20 business days in advance to allow for proper contracting and coordination. Even if your details are not finalized, you may begin the process today.

Required Documentation

To secure a reservation, the following items are generally required:

  • A completed Guest Event Space Request Form
  • A current W-9 form for your group or individual
  • Proof of liability insurance
  • A signed facility use contract

Parking and Accessibility

WSU Vancouver offers ample parking in large, convenient lots.

  • Rates: Parking is $5 per day during weekdays until 7 p.m.
  • Free Parking: Available after 7 p.m. on weekdays and throughout the weekend.
  • Bulk Options: Event hosts may arrange for bulk parking purchases to accommodate guests.
