Package Options and Details
- Package A: Reserve space through 25Live. This package includes access to existing campus rooms with standard setups and essential furniture. Changes to the base setup will transition the reservation to Package B.
- Package B: Reserve space through 25Live. This option includes a setup fee and covers one hour of labor for a customized layout. Requests for specific layouts must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
Rental Guidelines
- Estimates: All initial price discussions are official estimates. Final billing may include additional fees for last-minute changes or required cleaning.
- Service Requirements: The Events Office may require extra services, such as additional security or waste management, depending on the nature of the event.
- Availability: All rooms and equipment are subject to availability.
- Nonprofit Discount: Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive a 10% discount on room and outdoor space rentals. This discount does not apply to labor or equipment fees.
