Strategies for Stress Management

Attend this Employee Assistance Program session presented by Tiffany Wentz, a licensed mental health counselor who has more than 10 years in training and education, and who uses humor and authenticity to deliver engaging trainings designed to help improve overall mental health and wellness.

During this presentation, participants will:

  • Explore what stress is
  • Learn how our bodies respond to stress
  • Identify ways to effectively manage stressful situations
  • Provide information on resources and supports available to you

Participants will also learn about “good” and “bad” stress and how they can benefit from adopting effective strategies for managing the stress that comes their way.
