On this date, the Social Hour will welcome WSU Vancouver Director of Human Resource Services, Julia Getchell, Ph.D., and WSU Pullman Director of Compliance and Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator, Holly Ashkannejhad, J.D. They will facilitate a session for faculty and staff of color on resources available through HRS, CCR and other campus partners. They will also provide an overview of discrimination/harassment policy and procedures at WSU including discrimination/definitions, what is covered by policy and what is not, grievance procedures, options other than investigations and retaliation prohibition. There will be time for Q&A throughout and at the end of the presentation. 

  • You will receive Group 3 BaCE credit for attending this workshop.
  • This workshop will also apply as your mandatory WSU annual training on EP15.
