Math Movie Night: “The Man Who Knew Infinity”

Join us for the first math movie night of the 2019/2020 school year. See “The Man Who Knew Infinity,” a biographical drama about Srinivasa Ramanuja, the brilliant Indian mathematician. Free snacks and drinks will be served. All are welcome to attend.

The Man Who Knew Infinity” tells the story of Srinivasa Ramanujan as he struggles to transition from living in a small town in India to living amongst the brightest minds at the University of Cambridge. Ramanujan was a prolific Indian mathematician who grew up with no formal mathematical training, yet made many worthwhile contributions to the fields of mathematical analysis, number theory, infinite series and continued fractions.
