Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is frequently misunderstood because it is a complex process where every part must work flawlessly. Join us via Zoom to learn what is required of your website to grow your business through new customer acquisition. This workshop will highlight the novel means of growing your business via proven marketing methods (i.e., SEO) to achieve high return on investment (ROI) in the form of new customer leads.

About the Speakers: Keith Gagnier and Michelle Havist are the co-founders of Pump Marketing Solutions, a digital agency that specializes in helping industrial companies improve the findability and usability of their websites using the latest internet marketing practices and techniques.

Gagnier earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and possesses over 25 years of experience in engineering, sales and business ownership. Gagnier is passionate about helping companies make informed business decisions. He is also passionate about helping young adults develop and refine the professional skillsets they need to succeed in the business world; Gagnier actively volunteers his time to serve as a mentor for the Business Growth Mentor and Analysis Program at WSU Vancouver.

Havist earned a Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University and possesses over 16 years of experience managing global marketing teams for companies selling flow control products to industrial and life science markets. Havist is passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience; she loves to be challenged and has a knack for analytics that allows her to promote and grow brands while meeting overall business and financial goals.
