BaCE Workshop, “Reconsidering Professionalism”

-

Via Zoom, Register for Reconsidering Professionalism

During this workshop, participants will examine the concept of professionalism and the ways in which it may unintentionally exclude People of Color in the workplace. Professionalism can often be a coded term to uphold white or Western ideals. Participants will learn and utilize Tema Okun’s framework of white supremacy culture to reframe the concept of professionalism in action.

  • Facilitator: Angela Gintz
