Monday Morning Moves is a self-care space rooted in love. Each session cultivates connection, healing, mindfulness, energy, joy and compassion. Monday Morning Moves sessions are 45 – 60 minutes split into three parts. The first part is deep breathing and/or guided meditation. The second part is for reflection and sharing. The third part is for music and movement. This is a welcoming, nonjudgmental space and a great way to start your day, commit to a practice of self-care and hold space for togetherness. You’re welcome to register for one, two, three or all four sessions. Additional sessions offered on Feb. 28, March 28 and April 25.
