This workshop will ask participants to explore the idea of colorblindness and its possible effects, with particular emphasis on the WSU Vancouver campus community and students. Participants will be asked to consider the difference between personal prejudice and structural racism, and to strategize alternatives to the practice of colorblindness.

  • Prerequisite: IDI pre-assessment required
