WSU Vancouver and Hudson’s Bay High School partnered on the “Microbe Lunch Project,” teaching students about gut health through science, art, and fermented foods. High schoolers made yogurt, learned microbiology, and explored college labs, fostering engagement and interdisciplinary learning.
