Multimedia Services combines the talents of the entire VIS department to help WSU Vancouver faculty enhance their courses (online and in class) with elements of current and emerging technologies. If you want to integrate technology and media into your courses in new ways, bring your ideas to us by filling out a project proposal form. Classroom
A talented speaker can enrapture a classroom with words alone, but visual aids bring the material to life. We can give you ideas about how you might add visual and auditory learning devices to your presentations, and then work with you to implement them.
Web
A well-designed and content-rich Web site can provide new ways of communicating with students in a medium they are intimately familiar with. Whether you are looking to add interactive elements to your existing site or are starting from scratch, we can help!
Audio
Digital audio can be manipulated in ways that were unimaginable in the days of analog tape. We can help you record, edit, transfer, convert, or encode your audio sources so that you can use the results on the Web, in your classes, or in your research.
Video
It's easy to record an event or program to videotape. What's more difficult and time-consuming is turning that recording into a compelling finished product in a conveniently accessible format. We have the knowledge and tools to help you take that step.
