Reinstatement Deadlines for Spring 2010

Deficient under rule 39 Fall 2009 and petitioning to return early:	**Petitions due: 5:00pm, Monday, January 4, 2010 *Must complete the reinstatement process by 2:00pm, Friday, January 8, 2010
Deficient under rule 38 or rule 39.2 Fall 2009:	*Must complete the reinstatement process by 2:00pm, Friday, January 8, 2010
Deficient under rule 39 Spring 2009 and petitioning to return one semester early:	**Petitions due: 5:00pm, Monday, January 4, 2010 *Must complete the reinstatement process by 2:00pm, Friday, January 8, 2010
Deficient under rule 38 or 39.2 Spring 2009:	*Must complete the reinstatement process by 2:00pm, Friday, January 8, 2010
