Refund and Payment Policies 
- All equipment rental fees and fees charged for Outdoor Recreation-sponsored programs are paid in cash or by check to the Office of Student Involvement, VLIB 19.
- Checks are made out to WSU.
- Refunds will be processed only up to the payment deadline for each clinic or trip, or as indicated on the Activity Schedule. After payment deadline, a refund can occur if the paying participant finds a paying replacement for the vacated slot. Second, a refund can be processed if a vendor is willing to reduce the cost to WSU Vancouver based on the reduced participation.
- Refunds take approximately 3 weeks to process and are initiated by completing an Invoice Voucher at the Office of Student Involvement, VLIB 19.
- Additional financial information related to rental equipment (damage fees, cleaning fees and late fees) is located on the rental agreement form.
Reservation Form 
Attention! Due to staff and program location changes, the rental program will not be operating until the beginning of fall term 2007. Contact OSI for updates on the status of this program.
