Tuition Payments

Tuition and fees

  • Cash and Check are both acceptable forms of payment at the Cashier Station for anything on your Student Account (Tuition, Course fees, Student Loan payments, Student Health Insurance, etc.).
  • Credit and debit cards are not accepted at the Cashier Station for anything on your Student Account (Tuition, Course fees, Student Loan payments, etc.).
  • Online payments may be made on a Student Account using Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards (with a 2.5% convenience fee) or with an electronic check. VISA is not accepted. To pay online:
    1. Sign into your mywsu account.
    2. Select "Finances".
    3. Under Tuition & Fees, you will be able to view the balance on your student. account. Choose "Pay Now" to make an online payment on your student account.
    4. Select the "General Receivables" box and follow the prompts to move forward.
    5. You will be able to either pay with Credit Card online or with an Electronic Check. Note: When you select the E-Check option, an example check will appear showing you where the account and bank routing numbers are located on your check.

General Payment Information

Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard are all acceptable forms of payment for any payment at the Cashier Station except for items on the Student Account.
