I am a future WSU-Vancouver student from San Diego. I am looking for a room for the beginning of January 2010. I prefer something close to campus...walking or biking distance would be great, but if not it's okay.

I am 21, laid-back and serious about school. I have no preference for male or female roommates as long as they are drama-free! I like going out and having fun on the weekends but I am serious about school as well.

These rooms are in a massive house in the Salmon Creek area that is within walking or biking distance to WSU. The house has a perfect setup for shared living with two stories and very large rooms. There is currently one living room fully furnished with a second living/study area just being finished and almost ready for use. The property boasts a large driveway with parking large enough for all tenants. Property management is provided on site most days by a manager utilizing office space on the second floor.

Looking for a Female Roommate

I am looking for one or two female roommates to share a house with me. The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath located about six miles from campus in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located off of 78th Ave between I-5 and I-205. The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. There is a living room and a family room used as a shared office. The house has a washer and dryer, and a freezer.

Bedroom & Separate bath for rent Jan '10

Near bus route 19, 1 1/2 mile from WSU, near I-5 & 205 on ramps. One mile+ walk to Safeway and some foodstuffs, a bit farther to an Albertsons. Close to Blockbuster, Fred Meyer, and a number of other stores/eateries.

As of January 4th I will have a room for rent with a private bathroom. The rest of the main living spaces are shared, though ideally the less a fellow roommate used the kitchen the better. Looking for an open-minded person, or just someone that minds their own business. Per the lease I signed, no smoking allowed. The lease allows for another cat, I have a 1 year old male who would love to play with another kitty- so for your own pet's sake, no elderly cats or declawed.

Small gym facility on property, laundry facilities on site and hookups in the apt. There is cable internet, I will order the wireless component on request, included in the rent. W/S/G paid, electric will be decided after the first 2 months of use (if the bill is $45 and the month before you moved in it was $35, you would pay $10). Willing to give renter the garage parking, but still need a small amount of garage storage space- less than 25%

Asking $300/month with regular kitchen use- $275 w/o. If you choose to set up a w/d that would be fine, I would continue using outside sources.
