Our undergraduate level B.S. Biology degree offers a well-rounded program in traditional biological sciences. To complement and extend the degree we have developed areas of emphasis in Biology, a traditional track that prepares students for a wide variety of fields in biology, including medical school, veterinary school, biotechnology, ecology, and K-12 science education, and Environmental Science, an interdisciplinary track that prepares students for careers in environmental policy and resource management. If you have questions please contact Dr. Dawn Banker for more information.

Our graduate level M.S. Environmental Science degree program is a thesis-oriented research experience. The program is designed to enable graduates to analyze and understand natural ecosystems, predict environmental change, and participate in the management of environmental issues. Each student in the program conducts research through completion of a thesis or project and develops depth in a specific academic area through the completion of focused course work. If you have questions please contact Dr. Brian Tissot for more information.
