Step One

Complete ONLINE the "Graduate School Application of Admission."
* Please apply on line at http://www.gradsch.wsu.edu/
* There is a $50.00 application fee that will be charged to complete the online application process.
Please contact the WSU Vancouver Nursing School at (360) 546-9752 or (360) 546-9473 to receive a second application for the Master of Nursing program.
Step Two

Request that one copy of your official transcripts from each college previously attended be sent to the WSU Graduate School at:
Dean of the Graduate School

*Except for graduates of WSU (unless courses were taken after graduation and prior to application to the master's program)
Step Three
WSU Vancouver Nursing Department & The Intercollegiate College of Nursing (360) 546-9752 (In Vancouver)
1. Complete College of Nursing application and send to:

Vancouver, WA 98686-9600
Vancouver will forward original (keeping a copy for Vancouver files) to Margaret Ruby in Spokane for the admission process.
2. Provide evidence of completion of a history taking/physical assessment course within the past five years, and send along with application to Intercollegiate College of Nursing.
3. Provide evidence of completion of a three semester hour basic statistics course.
4. Double check all forms and return along with College of Nursing Application.
Step Four
Complete the Interview Questionnaire for your program located in the packet and return with College of Nursing Application.
