Tom came to WSU Vancouver in 1994 from WSU Tri-Cities, where he was an assistant professor for three years. In 1991, Tom graduated from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior. In 1985, Tom received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington.
