Dr. Rebecca Portnoy joined the faculty of Washington State University in the Fall of 2007. She received her B.S. from Cornell University (2000) and Ph.D. from University of Washington (2007).
Dr. Portnoy specializes in self-perception and self-presentation of employees. She has taught both leadership and management courses, as well as researching self-perception in immigrant populations.
