Course Overview
This course will review Information Systems Project Team
Management principles and strategies, project planning, development, and execution.
The use of collaboration technologies to support the team will also be reviewed.
3 credits.
Course Objectives
On completion of this course, the successful student will be able to:
- Initiate, conceptualize, plan, execute, terminate and evaluate
Information Systems (IS) projects..
- Apply concepts and tools appropriate for each specific phase
and stages of an IS project.
- Use collaboration technologies and development environment in supporting IS projects.
