Course Overview
This course is designed for students of general management, rather than for specialists in Human Resource Management. This course will introduce you to the major issues associated with managing people in the context of the global marketplace.

Course Objectives
There are two objectives for this course:

  1. To understand the impact of cultural differences on the management of people in multinational organizations, and
  2. To compare and contrast critical human resource issues in the contexts of domestic and international operations.
