Cross-cultural implications of management theories and approaches, the role of national culture in management theory and practice.

Course Objectives
It is expected that at the conclusion of the course, students will:

  1. Be aware of how different national cultures directly and indirectly influence the management of businesses in various countries.
  2. Recognize various differences and similarities between the management techniques and systems of American organizations and the organizations of other nationalities.
  3. Effectively manage local and global teams.
  4. Be culturally intelligent.
