Course Overview
This course is designed to provide an introduction to and an overview of personnel, industrial relations, and human resource management. Issues related to various related sub-disciplines will also be discussed. Major topic areas include: labor market conditions, the legal environment, employee recruitment and selection, training, development, organizational behavior, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.
