WSU Vancouver Honors Employee Service Milestones

Vancouver, Wash. - Washington State University Vancouver will host an employee recognition breakfast Thursday, Dec. 7 for eighteen staff members to recognize service milestones at the University in 2006. Chancellor Hal Dengerink and Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs Bruce Romanish will give a brief presentation to kick off the breakfast. 

The breakfast is a part of the launch of a substantially expanded WSU Employee Recognition Program, initiated at the Pullman, Wash., campus by WSU President V. Lane Rawlins to recognize and support the contributions of WSU employees in fulfilling the university's mission.  As part of the expanded university-wide program, an event recognizing staff service will be held each December to honor staff members reaching employment milestones with the university in the past year.  

WSU Vancouver employees who reached significant milestones this year include: Jeanette Bergen, 15 years in May; David Boisselle, five years in May; Peggy Bowe, 15 years in January; Kristine Brown, 10 years in February; Gail Conners-Junker, five years in January; Roxanne Doenecke, five years in August; Alyson Galloway, five years in August; Cheryl Johnson, five years in February; Sean Lyons, 10 years in January; Ryan Parker, five years in March; Kristine Reding, five years in September; Patrick Reiter, five years in September; Christopher Rhoads, 10 years in March; David Smith, 20 years in May; David Stephenson, five years in February; Chad Swanson, five years in January; Joshua Wieland, five years in March; Blair Wolfley, 30 years in January.
