Microsoft Expert Offers Adults Critical Internet Safety Information

Vancouver, Wash. - Online child safety expert and author of the book, "Look Both Ways," Linda Criddle, will be speaking to adults and teens at Washington State University Vancouver Aug. 6.
The adults-only presentation, hosted by the Center for Youth Workforce Preparation, will be held 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the WSU Vancouver campus. Cost is $10 per person.
Criddle spent 13 years at Microsoft Corp. where her understanding of online predatory behavior, combined with her ability to create practical technical and policy-based solutions, made her a key pioneer in online safety. To register, call 360/546-9222 or visit http://www.vancouver.wsu.edu/cywp.
