Fall Art Exhibit at Features Local Photographer Jodi Tripp

Vancouver, Wash. - Jodi Tripp's collection of photographs will be displayed in Washington State University Vancouver's Engineering Life Sciences building gallery Nov. 5 - Dec. 15. The collection features a series of natural images from the Pacific Northwest and her acclaimed "Barns of Clark County" series.
Tripp's interest in photography began at a young age, and she has worked as a professional photographer in different settings including events and portraitures. Her work has been received successfully in a variety of photography competitions throughout the Northwest and California, and her images are displayed on the "SayWA" tourism campaign website.
Tripp is a past employee of WSU Vancouver, who maintains strong connections to the campus. Currently, Tripp produces and displays her colorful and creative digital art and local landscapes throughout Vancouver, Wash., in local art shows, and is represented by the Aurora Gallery, 1001 Main Street, Vancouver. WSU Vancouver galleries are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. WSU Vancouver is located at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave., east of the 134th Street exit from either I-5 or I-205, or on C-Tran Bus route 19 from the Salmon Creek Park and Ride. Public parking is available in metered spaces and in the Blue Lot for $3 per day.
