As the semester winds down and you work on finishing those final papers, remember we are here to provide advice on your research, assistance obtaining materials from other libraries and study spaces for those group projects. On Wednesday, Nov 7th the campus student debate team will be presenting a debate on “Has the automobile ravaged our nation? can we return to a world of human mobility?“ Inspired by this year’s New Student Reading Project, Asphalt Nation, by Jane Holz Kay, the debate is sponsored by the WSU Vancouver General Education program. Team members are Joseph Ficken and Tia Ostergren for the government team, Anna Patterson and Bryce Smith for the opposing team.

On Sunday 11/4, Summit will be unavailable due to system maintenance. We are not sure how long this maintenance will last but please be aware of this in case you need to use Summit this weekend.
