Analysis: Canonical Correspondence Analysis
Problem: How does the distribution of different species of reef fish vary across habitats both among and within coral reefs in Hawaii?
Primary Matrix: data were collected using 5-m radius circular plots on the abundance of live stages of eight species of reef fish sampled on different habitat zones at multiple marine protected areas.

The following species were examined:
ACNF: Acanthurus nigrofuscus
CHMU: Chaetodon multicinctus
CHAG: Chromis agilis
CRVN: Chromis vanderbilti
CTST: Ctenochaetus strigosus
THDP: Thallosoma duperrey
ZSFV: Zebrasoma flavescens
