Analysis: Canonical analysis of discriminance
Problem: data were collected on the abundance of five species of reef fish over a three year period in reference (MPA) and new reserve (FRA) sites before before (B) and after (A) the FRA's were closed to aquarium collectors. oThe following species were examined:
ANigro: Acanthurus nigrofuscus
*CMult: Chaetodon multicinctus
*Kole: Ctenochaetus strigosus
Stegastes: Stegastes fasciolatus
Thallosoma: Thallosoma dupprey
*Zebrasoma: Zebrasoma flavescens
* species are collected by the aquarium industry
