Analysis: Correspondence analysis
Problem: data were collected on the abundance of 16 species of intertidal algae and invertebrates over a 16 year period from 1976-1992 in control (C or 0) and impact (I or 1) sites adjacent to the thermal discharge from a nuclear power plant. The plant began operations in 1985. The following species were examined:
