Analysis: Correspondence analysis
Problem: data were collected on the abundance of nine species of reef fish that varied in abundance across three depths on the reef (15, 25 and 40 feet). The following species were examined:
ACNF: Acanthurus nigrofuscus
CHMC: Chaetodon multicinctus
CRAG: Chromis agilis
CRVN: Chromis vanderbilti
MLVD: Melichthys vidua
PARC: Paracirrhites arcatus
STFS: Stegastes fasciolatus
THDP: Thallosoma duperrey
ZSFV: Zebrasoma flavescens
