Welcome to the Human Resources Society at WSU Vancouver!
We accomplish these goals by:
- having human resource professionals from the region speak to our club members.
- providing opportunities for students to attend the monthly luncheons of the Southwest Washington Human Resource Management Association, a gathering of HR professionals in the area.
- encouraging and helping students to become certified in the area of human resources by taking the national HR certification exam.
- organizing a yearly meet-the-firms night where members can network with local organizations that employ HR professionals.
- providing students with a chance to meet and interact with former HR and Personnel Psychology/HRM graduates of WSUV.
- awarding scholarships to our most promising HR students who are active in the club.
