N400 Nursing Research & Informatics and (schedule)
Prereq enrolled in WSU College of Nursing; registered nurse. Application of informatics skills and research processes to clinical practice; incorporates first level informatics concepts.

N495 Senior RN-to-BSN Practicum
Prereq enrolled in WSU College of Nursing; course must be taken in graduation semester. Application and integration of theoretical content in an area of nursing practice of special interest to the student.

N523 Nursing Education; Past, Present, & Future
Prereq graduate standing in Nursing or by permission. Exploration of curriculum history, development, future predictions; program evaluation, instructional resources, leadership, and policy development in academic and services settings.

N700 Thesis - Variable credit; may be repeated for credit. The systematic development and investigation of a research problem selected by the student and executed with the guidance of a thesis committee. Prerequisite: N504. A minimum of six thesis credits are required. In the final semester student must be enrolled for 3 sh of thesis.

N702 Research Project as a thesis option - Variable credit; may be repeated for credit. Guided preparation and presentation of report of a clinical project. Includes independent data collection. Project/proposal development and implementation will be guided by the student's academic advisor (a graduate faculty member in the student's specialty area). A minimum of three project credits are required. In final semester, student must be enrolled for 2 sh of Clinical Project.
