Purpose Statement:
Can users quickly find the resources they need, even if they are a novice user?
Problem Statements:
- Do users understand the vocabulary used to define categories?
- Can the user find the information/database they want in XX clicks?
- Can users move easily between sections? (navigational)
- Can users access the pages quickly?
- Can users perform the service they want online?
- Can the user find HELP online?
Tasks:
- When does the library close tonight?
- Find a full-text article on XXXX.
- Locate a list of business databases.
- Go to the "resource" that helps you find a video in this library.
- Place a request to order an article our library does not own.
- Find help on accessing databases.
- Find a list of new books the library owns.
- Logon to Lewis & Clark's library catalog.
