Does the library's web site enable users to effectively access library resources and services?
Problem Statements:
- Can the Patron find out if a specific issue of a journal is available?
- Can the Patron understand what is meant by. . .direct document delivery?
- Can the Patron find the library hours?
- Can the Patron find the OPAC?
- Can the Patron get to online indexes/databases?
- Can the Patron find the location of a specific book?
- Can the Patron return to the gateway?
- Can the Patron find a reserve book?
- Can the Patron print from wherever they are?
Tasks:
- When is the library open on Saturday?
- Find out who is the University librarian.
- Register for document delivery.
- Go to the web page for English 324.
- What does EIC stand for?
- Get home from wherever you are.
