Problem Statements:

• Can the Patron find out if a specific issue of a journal is available?
• Can the Patron understand what is meant by. . .direct document delivery?
• Can the Patron find the library hours?
• Can the Patron find the OPAC?
• Can the Patron get to online indexes/databases?
• Can the Patron find the location of a specific book?
• Can the Patron return to the gateway?
• Can the Patron find a reserve book?
• Can the Patron print from wherever they are?
